Services covered under the “Real Solutions”:

• To lease exclusively your property at the terms and conditions confirmed by you during the tenure of the contract.
• To lease/renew your property exclusively at the terms and conditions confirmed by you during the tenure of the contract.
• To take hand over and to give hand over to and from the tenants as per your instructions.
• To make sure that the leaving tenants clear their dues of utilities.
• To make sure that the new tenants register the utilities in their name.
• To be in touch with the tenants concerning any queries regarding the property.
• To establish if any repairs are to be taken place in the property are the responsibility of the tenant or the landlord.
• To get quotations in case the repairs is the responsibility of the landlord and forward the same for your approval.
• To either get the repairs done through quotations submitted by us or by any company suggested by the landlord.
• To represent the landlord for the property at government, semi government, utility companies or master developer such as Police, Rent Committee, RERA, DEWA Nakheel or DU. To get the final bills issued, disconnect or reconnect the utilities and to file complaints on behalf of the landlord. This excludes any buying or selling on behalf of the landlord.
• To register the tenancy contract with EJARI (which is compulsory by RERA Law)/RORP DIFC subject to provision of Title deed by Landlord.
• The validity of the services to be provided by the agency is for one year from the signing date of this document.
